When your life situation puts you square in the middle of squabbles that are sure to land you in court, you need to be prepared.  There is nothing normal about the court process.  There is  nothing normal about testimony and case preparation.  Case coaching helps YOU get ready and manage the battle. 

Case coaching starts with an assessment of where you believe you are in a complex life situation.  It could be a family matter, a complex issue with a government agency, or a business matter.  This assessment helps you understand the journey of litigation that lies ahead. 

The length of a case coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.  You may find even after you believe there is a resolution that many details are unresolved.  Case coaching can help work through those details. 

No, this is not to provide you legal advice or a substitute for an attorney.  In fact, case coaching will assist your attorney.  However, case coaching may be able to help avoid costly unnecessary litigation.

Case coaching is confidential to the extent that conversations you have with a case coach are not shared with others.  The point of case coaching is to help YOU identify the facts, witnesses, and documents you need to secure and organize.  It is likely that this information will be part of your litigation.  Case coach does NOT maintain any of your personal documents. 

Case coach will not take on a case coach client that has a direct conflict with your interest UNLESS both agree in writing that information can be exchanged.  In most cases, the information obtained and organized while case coaching is going to be exchanged if there is formal litigation, therefore it may save money for that exchange to occur before formal litigation occurs. 

Services are on a "pay as you go" basis.  Appointments are booked for an hour or two hours.  Longer sessions can be scheduled it needed.  There is no long term contract.
